  The maintenance of the wing compartment is crucial to its service life, safety and transportation efficiency. The following is a detailed introduction of the maintenance cycle and key points:

  Daily maintenance (daily/after each use)

  Appearance inspection: check whether there are scratches and dents on the surface of the wing plate, and whether the sealing rubber strip at the joint of the body is lost or aging. If it is found that the paint of the wing board is damaged, it is necessary to replenish the paint in time to prevent rust; Once the sealing rubber strip cracks, it should be replaced immediately to avoid rain infiltration leading to moisture in the goods.

  Hydraulic line inspection: Visually check whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic line. If oil stains are found on the joint, wipe it with a clean paper towel and observe whether oil continues to leak. Tighten the tube collar for minor leakage, and replace the sealing gasket for serious leakage.

  Weekly maintenance

  Lubrication operation: Add high temperature resistant lithium grease to moving parts such as hinge and slide rail. The grease gun can be used to inject along the oil injection hole to ensure adequate lubrication, reduce friction resistance, and prevent the parts from sticking or increasing wear due to dry wear.

Wing compartment

  Electrical system inspection: check the operating status of electrical components such as the control switch and indicator light of the wing panel. Test the signal receiving sensitivity of the remote control. If the signal is interrupted or delayed, check the battery power and antenna connection.

  Monthly maintenance

  Hydraulic system maintenance: Measure the hydraulic oil level, should be kept between the upper and lower limits of the oil mark. If the liquid level drops too fast, check whether pipe leaks exist. Test the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil every quarter. If the oil becomes cloudy or metal debris occurs, replace it immediately and use an anti-wear hydraulic oil (such as ISO VG46).

  Fastening of structural parts: Use a torque wrench to check the tightness of the connection between the car body and the chassis and the fixing bolts of the wing support arm. Pay attention to the stress concentration part, such as the bolt at the folding of the wing plate, and tighten according to the specified torque value (such as the 8.8 bolt needs to reach 120-150N · m).

  Quarterly/annual maintenance

  Sealing performance test: The sealing test of the car body is carried out every quarter. After closing the wing plate, the smoke generator is lit inside the car to observe whether there is smoke leakage outside. If leaks are found, reapply waterproof sealant (such as silicone sealant).

  Safety device calibration: entrust a professional organization to calibrate the hydraulic system safety valve and limit switch every year. The opening pressure of the safety valve should meet the design standard (generally 1.1-1.2 times the working pressure), and the limit switch should ensure that the wing plate can accurately trigger the shutdown when opening and closing to the upper limit position.

  Anti-corrosion treatment: During the annual maintenance, the chassis armor is sprayed on the bottom of the car body, the wheel eyebrow and other parts that are vulnerable to stone impact. For seriously rusted areas, it is necessary to polish to the metal primary color and then apply epoxy zinc-rich primer to enhance the anti-corrosion ability.

  Frequent loading and unloading scenarios: If the average daily loading and unloading exceeds 10 times, shorten the lubrication cycle to once every three days, strengthen the temperature monitoring of the hydraulic system (normal working temperature ≤80 ° C), and install a cooling fan when the temperature is high.
